Virtual exhibition booths

We offer three different booth concepts for virtual exhibition:

Necessary preparatory works for your stand concepts 1 / 2 / 3 until 02/15/2021 *

1.

Immediately after your booking of a virtual booth stand, we need:

  •     Your company logo (at least in a print resolution (300 dpi), ideally as a vector graphic)
  •     A written company profile with a maximum of 2,000 characters
  •     The LINK to your company website
  •     All the contact details that we are supposed to leave for the respective company in the exhibition stand.

If the following information differs from your information given during registration / application for CERAMICS 2021, continue:

  •     A contact person;
  •     Your company address;
  •     Your billing address;                                                               
  •     e-mail address of the contact person;                                                                                     
  •     further contact data such as telephone/fax etc.      
     
2.

Your preparatory works for your virtual booth stand (Deadline  02/15/2021) Please note: We cannot consider later submissions!

  2.1.

After booking a virtual booth, download one of the following templates.
Please download only the template of the stand concept you selected during registration. The template is a *.zip file containing all the individual elements of your future virtual booth stand.

  2.2.

After you have downloaded / saved the template, you can import each individual element into your preferred graphics program and thus independently create these individual elements for your stand - as future stand elements.

  2.3.

Please save all stand elements you have designed as *.jpg files or as *.png files again in a *.zip file and send this file via download link (e.g. Dropbox or WeTransfer) to DKG.

  2.4.

Together with our cooperation partner, we will create your virtual booth from your stand elements, with the links you require at the stand, and subsequently coordinate with you again.

Please note on stand links:

  • Please list all desired links for your stand and send them to us together with the stand elements (please see point 2.3.).
  • You can provide any kind of web link, e.g. to a website or *.pdf documents / videos.
    For the screen we recommend using a YouTube link, but of course any other direct video link is also possible.
    There is no limit to the number or position of points that can be set for the link.
    If the logos of your social media channels, for example, are displayed on the back wall, they can be linked individually.
    We highly recommend to limit number of stand links

Missing or incomplete delivery of documents may result in an incomplete virtual booth concept.

** All prices are net plus value added tax (Germany).
Your booking is binding. Some products are limited. Acceptance of limited marketing packages depends on booking date of the package.
