We appreciate very much your decision to enrich our program with your lecture or poster presentation.

To facilitate the organitation of the event, please read below the corresponding regulations:

  •  

It applies:

  • Every person has to register for the conference in the congress system (Single registration); means multiple registrations over one person are not possible!
     
  • We therefore recommend that the participant establish their own user account (with their personal e-mail address) and register at the conference. Setting up a user account in this congress system is free of charge.
     
  • If you have been registered for this event via a third person, a contribution and participation in the virtual meeting can only be made via the user account of this person.
  •  

Prior to submission of an abstract you have to register for participation through the congress system. Only then can you submit your lecture (Short abstract) via this congress management system, followed by further documents on this contribution.

  •  

If your submitted contribution is not be accepted by the Program Committee, you can cancel your participation free of charge until 03/01/2021. Afterwards the GTC are valid.

If your submission accepted by the program committee it’s obligatory to pay participance (please see also Dates & Deadlines). Otherwise your submission may be cancelled from the program.

  •  

Certain contributions may be published in the DKG journal “cfi/Ber. der DKG" according to the decision of the program committee and publishers of the journal. You will be contacted in case your submission is concerned.

Deadline for cancellation in case of an unaccepted lecture or poster. It’s possible to appoint areplacement free of charge.
